AI agent foundation

Your tools connected once, reusable by every AI agent that follows.

We bring your procedures and your documents together in one place, we connect your tools once and for all, and we train your teams to attach a new AI agent without us.

Executives and IT who want more than one AI agentCan be bought on its own, with nothing to follow

You are in the right place if

One of these three sentences sounds like you.

The first AI agent worked well, the second costs just as much

Every new project reconnects the same tools and rewrites the same rules. You pay three times for the same work.

The useful information is scattered

The procedures are in documents, the decisions in messages, the rest in people's heads. An AI agent cannot lean on that.

Nobody knows what is running or what it costs

Two or three automations work somewhere, with no log, no owner and no measured cost.

The scope

What the engagement covers.

  • Your procedures, decisions and documents in one place, and kept current
  • Your tools connected once: mail, shared files, CRM, ERP, billing
  • Your access rights carried over as they are: nobody sees more than before
  • A dashboard of the AI agents in service, their runs and their cost
  • Your teams trained to attach a new AI agent to the foundation
  • The rollback documented and tested for every connector

And what it does not cover

  • No new tool to buy: the foundation leans on the ones you already pay for
  • No migration of your data onto a platform that would belong to us
  • No foundation without a first real AI agent: you do not build a motorway without a car

The deliverables

What you keep at the end.

The company memory

Procedures, decisions and documents in one place, current, under your own access rights.

The connectors

One connector per tool, documented, reusable by every AI agent that follows.

The dashboard

What is running, what failed, and what each AI agent costs per month.

The instructions

How your teams attach a new AI agent, step by step, without us.

The handover folder

The folder you receive.

  • 01-inventaire-outils.xlsxTools, sources, existing access rights
  • 02-connecteurs/One folder per connected tool, with its tests
  • 03-memoire-entreprise.pdfWhat is filed, where, and under which rights
  • 04-tableau-de-bord.pdfAI agents in service, runs, monthly cost
  • 05-mode-emploi-nouvel-agent.pdfHow your teams attach one
  • 06-note-risques.pdfWhat leaves, where to, and the rollback

Editable formats, no proprietary tool. Picked up by your own teams or by another provider.

How it runs

How it goes, step by step.

  1. Inventory

We list your tools, your document sources and your current access rights.

  2. Connecting

We build one connector per tool, and we test it on your real data.

  3. Into memory

We bring the procedures and the documents together, and we check who sees what.

  4. Handover

Your teams attach an AI agent in front of us, then another one without us.

Questions

The questions that come back on this service.

Another question? Ask it directly.

Do we need the foundation before the first AI agent?

No, and we advise against it. A foundation built before there is a real AI agent connects tools nobody has needed yet. You take the foundation when the second or third agent arrives.

Does our data leave our walls?

The foundation leans on the tools you already use and on their access rights. What leaves, and towards which service, is written in the risk note before signature.

What happens if we change tools?

A connector is replaced without touching the AI agents. That is exactly what the foundation is for: the agent talks to the foundation, not to the tool.

And if we stop working with you?

The connectors, the memory and the documentation belong to you, like everything else. Another provider takes over.
