Design & rollout

A solution live inside your tools, not a demo.

We design, build and put the chosen solution into service, integrated with what you already use, and documented to last.

Business leaders and IT

You are in the right place if

One of these three sentences sounds like you.

The prototype is liked, but it stays a demo

It runs on a hand-picked set of data. Nobody knows what it does on the real volumes, or who maintains it.

The tool does not talk to your tools

With no connection to your tools, every use adds another round of retyping. AI then creates the work it was meant to remove.

Nobody knows who takes over when something breaks

No documentation, no monitoring, no recovery plan. The solution holds as long as its author is around.

The scope

What the engagement covers.

  • Functional framing: what the AI agent does, what it does not, where the human decides
  • Collecting and shaping the data the AI agent needs
  • A prototype tested against real volumes, not a hand-picked sample
  • Development, configuration, connection to the tools in place
  • The interface your teams use to trigger it, correct it and approve it
  • Testing on normal cases, error cases and edge cases
  • Go-live scope by scope, with the option to roll back
  • Monitoring, technical documentation and a maintenance plan

And what it does not cover

  • No outsourcing of your tools
  • No application rebuild dressed up as an AI project
  • No go-live without your IT team's agreement on security

The deliverables

What you keep at the end.

Testable prototype

A version your teams can use, on real cases, before any commitment to roll out.

Solution live

In service on the agreed scope, connected to your tools, with its controls.

Technical documentation

Architecture, dependencies, things to watch, operating procedures.

Maintenance plan

What has to be monitored, how often, by whom, and how to roll back.

The handover folder

The folder you receive.

  • code/The sources, yours, with no dependency clause
  • 01-specification.pdfWhat the solution does, and what it does not
  • 02-architecture.pdfThe building blocks, the flows, the access rights
  • 03-exploitation.mdStarting it, watching it, rolling it back
  • 04-tests.xlsxThe cases tested: normal, error and edge
  • 05-indicateurs.xlsxThe readings before and after go-live

Editable formats, no proprietary tool. Picked up by your own teams or by another provider.

How it runs

How it goes, step by step.

  1. Functional framing

We write down the expected behaviour, the error cases, and the human checkpoints.

  2. Prototype

We build an imperfect version quickly and we put it in the users' hands.

  3. Build and integration

We develop the production version and we connect it to your tools.

  4. Go-live

We open it scope by scope, we watch, we fix, then we widen it.

To picture it

What this service looks like on the ground.

Illustrative examples, not client work.

  • ExampleRevenue

    What it brings in
    9/10
    What it takes
    5/10

    Answering tenders

You pass on tenders because you have no time to answer them.

ApproachThe file is assembled from your past answers, you decide what goes out.

  • ExampleBillable utilization

    What it brings in
    8/10
    What it takes
    7/10

    Producing the deliverables

Formatting reports eats the billable hours.

ApproachA first version from your notes and the file's documents.

  • ExampleProduction capacity

    What it brings in
    7/10
    What it takes
    4/10

    Bookkeeping and review

Your output is capped by how many people you manage to hire.

ApproachPre-coding and consistency checks, the exceptions come back to you.

Questions

The questions that come back on this service.

Another question? Ask it directly.

Who hosts the solution?

That is decided with your IT team, according to your data constraints. We document the options before deciding, not after.

What happens if the prototype does not convince?

We stop. That is exactly what a prototype is for, and it is cheaper than finding the problem once it is live.

Do your solutions make us dependent on you?

The documentation and the code come back to you. We train your teams during the project so that taking over is possible.

Do you work with our developers?

Yes, when there are any. Pairing with your teams makes the handover natural rather than theoretical.
