What this site does with your data, plainly. This page describes the actual state of the site today, not an intention.

State of the site today. The contact form sends nothing to this site: it opens your own mail application with a pre-filled message, which you remain free to read, edit or not send at all. No data is therefore sent or stored by this site or by any third-party service when you fill it in. No analytics tool is installed. No cookie is set.

Data collected

The form is intended to collect: full name, work email address, company name, and the optional message you write. As long as no destination is chosen, nothing leaves it.

Purpose

This data is used only to answer your request and to prepare a first conversation. It is neither resold, nor transferred, nor used for automated prospecting.

Legal basis

Your consent, collected through the checkbox on the form, and the legitimate interest of answering a commercial enquiry you started.

Retention period

The period will be set and published here at the same time as the form goes live. It will not exceed three years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. The contact address will be published in the legal notice as soon as the company is registered. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Fonts and external resources

The typefaces are served from this site, not from a third-party service: no request is sent to an outside server during your visit.
