AI operations agents

Your capacity is capped by files and data entry.

Everywhere, growth runs into document work: files to assemble, paperwork to check, data to retype. That ceiling is what we aim at, because it is the one that costs the most. The five sectors below are examples, the ones where we see it most often. This is not a list of sectors we can handle, nor a list of the ones we turn down.

Families of AI agents, not an off-the-shelf catalogue

What follows describes the families of AI agents we build and the way we build them. It is not a shelf of ready-made products: every agent is tuned to your data, your rules and your exceptions. We publish no agent as deployed until a client has allowed us to tell the story.

01

Professional services

Consulting, accounting, engineering, law, agencies, recruitment, brokerage

In a professional firm, an hour handed back to billable work is not worth the hourly cost avoided: it is worth the rate charged. This is the sector where the arithmetic is most favourable.

02

Industry and subcontracting

Mechanical, aerospace, food, plastics, electronics

The cost is not the time spent hunting for a document, it is what that document holds up: a shipment held back delays a payment, and a documentary non-conformity puts an approval at risk.

  • Shipping file checkChecks, before shipping, that every document required by the client or by the standard is present, legible and current.
  • Certificates and traceabilityMatches material certificates to the batches shipped by heat or lot number, and flags what is missing.
  • Claims and non-conformitiesReconstructs the history of the batch in question, qualifies the claim and prepares a reasoned answer.
  • Answering tendersAssembles the technical file from your past answers and flags expired documents before sending.
  • Datasheets and product dataKeeps the same product data across engineering, sales and the client, instead of three versions.
  • Freight invoice checkingMatches invoice, order and delivery note, and prices every gap before payment.

03

Professional training

Training providers, apprenticeship centres, schools, independent trainers

Two dependencies, and both are documentary: winning funded contracts, and proving the quality framework those funds depend on. An indicator the audit cannot find means the certification, which means the revenue.

  • Answering tendersFunding body files, public contracts and corporate enquiries, assembled from your existing programmes.
  • Quality framework evidenceGathers and files the evidence expected indicator by indicator, and says what is missing before the audit, not during it.
  • Course designDerives materials, assessments and run-throughs from the course framework. You keep the substance.
  • Session paperworkInvitations, attendance sheets, certificates, surveys: the documents that release the payment.
  • Attendance and fundingLinks attendance, billing and third-party payment, and flags the sessions at risk of not being paid.

04

Real estate

Property administrators, building managers, agencies, lettings

A portfolio grows unit by unit, and the admin load grows with it: documents, deadlines, letters. That ceiling, not demand, sets how many units one manager can carry.

  • Rent and service chargesRent notices, service charge calls and the annual reconciliation, with the gaps explained line by line.
  • Tenant applicationsChecks the documents for completeness and consistency, with the reason shown. The decision stays yours.
  • General meetingsNotices, resolutions and the draft minutes, from your templates and the decisions taken.
  • Works and claimsTracks quotes, work orders and insurance claims, and chases on the due date instead of waiting for a complaint.
  • Arrears and pre-litigationA graduated, traceable chase. Going to litigation stays a human decision, never an automatic one.

05

Retail and distribution

Wholesale, specialist distribution, online retail

Two things decide the margin and are rarely equipped: the quality of the product records, which sells, and the checking of supplier invoices, where the overpayments nobody has time to look for are sleeping.

  • Product records and catalogue dataProduces and maintains records, specifications and translations from supplier sources.
  • Supplier invoice checkingMatches invoice, order and goods receipt, and prices every gap before payment.
  • After-sales serviceQualifies the request, finds the order history, prepares the answer or the gesture of goodwill.
  • Logistics disputes and penaltiesHandles delivery disputes and prepares the challenge, with the evidence, inside the contract's deadlines.
  • Stockouts and replenishmentFlags the stockouts that cost the most and prepares the order to place.

66,4 %

That is the share of time actually billed in professional services firms.

The lowest level in the whole history of the survey, against a target of 75 %. In other words: a third of a firm's time is never billed. In this sector, an hour handed back is not worth the hourly cost avoided, it is worth the rate charged.

Source : SPI Research, Professional Services Maturity Benchmark, 19e édition (2026), 2025. The lowest level in the whole history of the survey, against 68.9 % in 2024. Sample: more than 500 firms, 245,000 employees and 63 billion dollars of revenue, covering consulting, accounting, agencies and engineering.

Your sector is not on the list?

It does not matter: the list is a sample, not a limit. Document work looks the same from one trade to the next. Describe the one that blocks you, and we will tell you whether it can be handled.
